The Frameworks
Practical governance tools empowering boards wherever sustainability reporting meets AI.
Five pillars that shift sustainability from a compliance task to board-level responsibility — ensuring data integrity, process transparency, and stakeholder alignment.
Explore TRUSTFour pillars that bring visibility and discipline to AI-influenced disclosures — accountability, integrity, and traceability across the full AI lifecycle.
Explore AIRSFramework One
Five core pillars providing end-to-end oversight of sustainability reporting — giving boards genuine confidence in non-financial disclosures.
Data, assumptions, and methodologies must be traceable, explainable, and well-documented — reducing the risk of greenwashing.
Clear governance roles. Boards must have visibility into who owns each part of the reporting chain, from data capture to disclosure sign-off.
Boards must invest in sustainability literacy — regulatory developments, data limitations, and the evolving role of technology in reporting.
Information systems must be secure, resilient, and appropriately governed. Cyber integrity and data governance are board-relevant risks.
Reporting output must be capable of independent validation — embedding controls, enabling auditability, maintaining consistency over time.

Four pillars of AI governance bringing visibility and discipline to areas that are often opaque — safeguarding boards in the age of AI-powered disclosures.
Clear ownership of AI systems, including vendor-supplied tools. Oversight, ethical use, and risk escalation must be explicitly assigned.
AI models must be bias-tested, ethically aligned, and consistently applied. Material disclosures must meet stringent assurance standards.
AI-generated insights must be explainable, traceable, and audit-ready. Every AI-influenced disclosure must be logged and attributed.
AI systems must be governed across their full lifecycle — from deployment to retirement — with ongoing board review and assurance reporting.

As AI-powered disclosures and sustainability regulation converge, boards need a single, integrated lens. TRUST + AIRS delivers exactly that.
Create a shared language across sustainability, audit, risk, compliance, and tech teams.
Strengthen oversight before risks become reputational issues — proactive, not reactive.
Move beyond "to the best of our knowledge" caveats to real oversight and the right questions.
A unified view of ESG disclosures and the AI systems behind them — what's assured, validated, and vulnerable.
Models are summarised without scrutiny. Metrics are published without context. When scrutiny arrives, boards may find themselves exposed — not because they failed to ask, but because they didn't know what to ask. — Deepa Rao
